Experience Started with the Calgary Academy in 1991. Frank has been training on & off in
martial arts since he was 10 years old. Past training
has included Judo, Shotokan Karate and White Crane
Kung Fu.

technique Pak sao, pak sao cheun sao, lop sao front kick
to hook kick and follow up.
