Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic flowing style of Yoga and is based on a specialized sequence of postures, which are linked together by focused breathing techniques. Yoga is a journey toward INNER PEACE and TRANQUILITY, with the added health benefits of a strong, supple body and a clear focused mind.


Cardio Conditioning

Skills/Techniques

Provides you with practical combat/self defense skills, weapons defense and training, grappling techniques, wooden dummy, chi sau, forms practice and more!
